DRAMA PERFORMANCE I is designed for any level drama student in grades ten through twelve. Students learn the elements of drama, including theatre history, theory, and criticism. Acting, directing and stagecraft are studied. Students rehearse and perform monologues, scenes and a one-act play. DRAMA PERFORMANCE II reinforces the elements of drama while advancing skills learned in acting, directing, and stagecraft. Students have the opportunity to pursue individual interests and develop individual skills. The course is designed for the student who has successfully completed Drama Performance I.
