The Service Club in the Senior High is sponsoring, along with our partner Mississippi Food Network, Project Stocking Up. Children in our community that rely on school breakfast and lunch programs are at hunger risk during the holidays. We will collect the items listed below to help with the two week break from the school food programs. These items must be easy to prepare without adult help (no cans to open, etc.). Senior High students will receive 2 hours of community service for this project. Items are to be brought in a grocery bag and Service Club students will assemble for delivery.
Food Items: Peanut Butter, Crackers for Peanut Butter, Shelf Stable Cheese and Crackers, Fruit Cups, Juice Boxes or Cans of Juice, Shelf Stable Milk, Prepackaged Cereal, Granola Bars, Small Cans of Ravioli, Macaroni or Spaghetti
Fun Items: Christmas pencils, erasers, candy
