Care Committee – Diann Zachary

Please remember to contact any member of the Care Committee with news of illness, injury, or death in the Prep Community. While not many meals have been needed to date, the committee has been busy with cards of condolence and congratulations. Thank you for promptly reporting about deceased grandparents and ailing family members. The committee also needs to know about students who are ill or suffering some kind of injury or family crisis.

Drama – Anna Liddell

Congratulations to Kam Russell, the cast and crew of “Get Smart”. The play was a witty addition to the Prep tradition of fine arts. Thanks to all parents and students who made this performance a success, from the ticket sales to the prop managers to the actors to the cast party host. It was a job well done.

PAT Property- Pam Ray

Please contact Pam or check the PAT closet for supplies before purchasing items for any PAT or school function. The PAT closet key is kept at the receptionist desk in the HMC.

Prep Preview – Melanie Milner, Amy McGowan, Jana Barraza

Thanks to all who helped make the first Prep Preview event of the year on October 9^th a roaring success. May prospective students and their parents came for this event and were wowed by our hospitable and informative tour guides, right along with our teachers, coaches and staff. The night time Prep Preview will occur this Friday night, Nov. 2^nd, with the event culminating in a tail gate party prior the Prep-MRA football game. If you know of any prospective students, please contact Leslie Morton.

Senior Calendar – Mindy Perry

Please remember to schedule those senior parties early with Mindy. We want every honoree to have a conflict-free celebration.

Junior Class Garage Sale – Becky Wooley

Becky and her committee are already hard at work collecting large items for storage. The sale is scheduled for March 8, 2008. Money from this sale will fund the Junior-Senior Prom with 20% going to community service. The remaining money will go into the Junior Class budget for their use on Grad Night and other projects.
