Jackson Prep’s families include those who can pay full tuition plus contribute to the Annual Fund, as well as those who require assistance to make enrollment affordable. No matter where one is in that range, no one really pays full cost of a Jackson Prep education, because the cost of that excellence exceeds even our top tuition. However, generous donations make up the difference, affirming our community’s investment in the value of our school. Whether you have questions about costs or benefits, please speak with us. Lunch, personal student supplies, educational tools fee (PreK-3 through Grade 12: $350), the cost for optional activities, trips, and/or purchases, Resource tuition (for qualifying students), or dyslexia therapy (Lower School only - $3,000). Upon initial enrollment, each new family must pay the one-time New Family Membership Fee of $1500.

Finding the plan that best suits you

One Pay Plan: Full tuition is due June 10, 2024.

Two Pay Plan: Tuition may be broken down into two payments: the first by June 10, 2024, and the final by December 10, 2024. 

Monthly Pay Plan: The Monthly Plan requires an additional processing fee of $30. The balance is paid monthly by bank draft via Veracross. Monthly payments can be made in 12 payments from June to May.

In support of developing a diverse and inclusive community, we are committed to working hard on affordability issues for families who share our goal of reaching the full potential of each child, who seek to contribute positively to the life of our school community, and whose financial documentation verifies need.

The Flex Tuition program requires that each family complete an online application to the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) in Princeton, NJ. This national independent school service provides a financial evaluation of the family’s resources. Based upon available funds, Prep attempts to meet the demonstrated need as reported by School and Student Service for Financial Aid.

Decisions on admission and tuition assistance are separate. Regardless of financial need, parents should proceed with the admission process as soon as possible. School and Student Service for Financial Aid Forms are available to current recipients beginning in November and to new students upon acceptance. Applications for tuition assistance should be begun by February 1 and completed by March 1 of each year of enrollment.
