Clay, Trap, & Skeet Team

Jackson Prep fields a competition clay, trap, and skeet shooting team. The team is open to all students in grades 7-12 (co-ed). The season runs from September until December, with those students who qualify for the state shoot to continue their season from March through May. 

The cost to participate is $750 per student:
  • Clay targets $225
  • Shells $460
  • Membership/Incidentals $65

Each student must complete a hunter’s education class before October 1. If the student has not completed this course by October 1, they will not be able to participate. CLICK HERE to access online classes.

Each student will need their own shotgun, eye protection, and hearing protection.
